The Forest is often seen as a symbol of the unconscious. It’s used as a metaphor for entering the unknown, where we will encounter a part of ourselves that we didn’t know existed. Within this primordial realm we are gifted with a physical space to confront our shadows. The deeper we go into the forest the deeper we are going into ourselves.

This is my attempt (doomed to fail) to capture that sense of darkness, allure, majesty, and ancient wisdom that forests emanate.
