As part of my most recent commission I created an image about the inner shadow. This prompted me to dive a bit deeper into what is possibly one of my favourite aesthetic compasses: the unsurfaced, the hidden, the esoteric in opposition and conjunction to the light, the defined, the exoteric. Our psyche is a product of all the gradients in between.

This image was made with the powerful @reve_image which I’ve been using for over a month now and it has made refining, lighting, texturing so much easier and fun. Really loving it.
